Janet Kittams
CEO, Helpline Center

Speaker Bio: Janet Kittams is currently the Chief Executive Officer of the Helpline Center.  She has been with agency for over 25 years in a variety of leadership roles.  She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of South Dakota and her Master’s Degree in Counseling from the University of North Dakota and is a licensed professional counselor. Her experience has included serving as a leader in statewide efforts surrounding suicide prevention, expanding the 211 system to become statewide, and building the Helpline Center to work as a collaborative partner on a variety social service and health care issues.

Isabella Oliver
Volunteer Connections Coordinator, Helpline Center

Speaker Bio: Isabella Oliver serves as the Volunteer Connections Coordinator at the Helpline Center, where she plays a pivotal role in connecting volunteers with opportunities and providing essential support to nonprofits in the Sioux Empire. With over eight years of experience in volunteer leadership, Isabella has a proven track record of elevating volunteer programs. Her commitment to serving vulnerable populations and enhancing the community in her home state of South Dakota is evident in her work. Isabella currently serves as the Vice President of Sioux Empire Directors of Volunteers in Agencies (DOVIA), encouraging connections among volunteer managers in the region. As a Certified Volunteer Administrator (CVA), Isabella upholds the highest standards of volunteer engagement, ensuring best practices and professional integrity in the field.
